Atto

A prefix in the metric system denoting a factor of 0.000,000,000,000,000,001 (10^−18):

Atto

Atto is formed from the Danish word atten (atten means eighteen).
Examples:

attosecond: An attosecond is a unit of time equal to 10^−18 of a second; i.e. one quintillionth of a second.

attometer: A unit of length equal to 10^−18 metres.
Rem: "attometer" is the US spelling of "attometre".
